10.0Julie was a great host,just greeted us with no fuss and let us get on with it. Absolutely ideal location on the edge of everything , didn't need to cook breakfast as there were plenty of cafes and eating places on the doorstep. Superb little apartment very high finish to all of the rooms. Could have stopped in bed every morning it was so comfortable. Everything was spotless nothing you need "it's all there."! We will be back and soon😁

10.0Everything about our weekend stay and the accommodation was fantastic. A real home from home, the cottage is equipped with everything you could possibly need, particularly when you've forgotten items. The instructions from Julie were perfect, we found the cottage no problem. Perfect amount of communication, providing information and checking in without being intrusive. The location is fan for Bishop Aukland, Grassholme Observatory, Hamsterley Forest parkrun & Barnard Castle. We'd definitely stay again if back in the area.

10.0It was very easy to access the keys We loved everything from going up the drive to entering the cottage, the aesthetics around the cottage and garden have been tastefully selected and it was a pleasure to stay there. We would definitely recommend and hopefully return next year
