7.0The decking and the view was fantastic we enjoyed watching the spirit of Tasmania go through and pretty lights at night. Nice and roomy for families to spread out. Nice big backyard for pet/s.

− A lot of cleaning rules for check out. Asking a general clean is a bit of an overkill for rented place. Other rules apply for a house swap.
Disappointed with the house but enjoyed our line dancing event in Portarlington.
4.0The location
− The house was not clean. There was a layer of dust on everything. Mirrors and windows had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. I appreciate it is an old house but it is very tired and needs some maintenance and tidying up to bring it up to a comfortable holiday rental. The kitchen cupboards were a mess - everything thrown in just anywhere. Couldn't use anything without washing it first!

Amazing sea view and great location
8.0The house is very large and spacious, perfect for families. The sea view is absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great, very close to beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.
− The bed in the master bedroom was a bit too soft for our taste, almost like a waterbed, but it was not a major problem.
Comfortable stay with a scenic view of the bay.
9.0We liked the view from upstairs, the comfortable beds, plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs, plenty of plates and glasses. Also having two bathrooms.
− A couple of our group thought the indoor stairs were a bit steep.
