10.0The property has an amazing garden and is extremely well situated, a roughly 5 minute walk from one of the best beaches in Skiathos. There is also a mini market around the block and plenty of restaurants close by. It is also very close to a bus stop. The hosts, Vaggelis and Elana were very friendly and responsive.

10.0We had a perfect stay at this house – it has everything you need, is fully equipped, and even comes with a private parking spot. The location is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful garden view and a great BBQ area to enjoy. The owners are nice people – always available, attentive, and ready to help with anything if needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and strongly recommend this place!
Super cottage near lots of amenities, easy parking can walk to several beaches

Lovely place for family if you don't need a pool
8.0Liked the location and layout of the house with a nice seating area outside. It was cool, clean and furnished to a high standard. Had its own parking down a narrow track.
− Next door luxury villa had a group of 20 somethings partying very loudly all day and night. Woke us up in the early hours returning from night out to have a pool party. The area is a quiet village on the edge of a rural area so its generally very quiet and peaceful to relax in the beautiful garden. You just maybe unlucky if next door has noisy guests. There is plenty of space for a pool which would make this place superb.
Great house near beach
10.0Vaggelis was a great host. The house was maintained perfectly. Everything is new, the kitchen is fully equipped and the garden is like a paradise. The house is 5 minutes of walking from the beach. The beach is also very nice, not crowded, with a boat rental which we can also highly recommend.

10.0Super und liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus mit grossem Garten. Ruhige Lage. Waren auch über die Strandutensilien sehr froh. Super netter Besitzer, der sich um alles kümmert! Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. War ein entspannter Urlaub dort.
