− I rumori generati dalle attività all'esterno del condominio (attività commerciale, ventole impianti di condizionamento, carico e scarico merci). Positivo l'isolamento acustico dei serramenti che consentono comunque un confortevole riposo notturno e positivo il parcheggio altrimenti si sarebbe nei guai
