2.0− Extremely unpleasant experience. Before the check in date, the management office already knew we would arrive late but still within the check-in time frame documented on booking.com. The staff started the check in process really late and didn't give us the door code so we cannot get into the property. Eventually, we needed to spend a few hours contacting customer support and eventually got into the property through gate security. Also, the cleaning of the property needs to be examined carefully. We found hairs here and there in the bathroom. Some towels have yellow / brown spot on it.
Lovely place to stay!
10.0The place was nice and clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was smooth and always replied quickly. I would stay again if I ever come back to Palm Springs.
− The directions for locating the place were a little confusing but we eventually found it.
Very good, once I understood that the rental was not a scam of some sort.
8.0Excellent poperty, clean, and comfortable However the microwave and clothes washer didn't function.
− Communication with the host was impossible. Phone calls not answered and not returned, text messages not answered, emails bounced back. It was very frustrating.
I would definitely book this property again.
10.0The property was comfortably furnished and a good size for my family. The pool was conveniently located close to our unit and we used it every day in the 107 degree heat wave. Pool towels and pool noodles were provided. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, but could have used a large baking sheet and a lasagna dish. The location was great for sightseeing, shopping, and dining out, and close to the airport.
− There are a lot of Canada geese on the property, and dodging their poop on the pavement was tricky.

− Main bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable. TV remotes were a little complicated, never figured out the bedroom tv controls.
