8.0− Die Dusche hatte einen sehr schwachen Strahl. Das Bad war mit dem gemeinsamen WC sehr klein. Die Waschbecken befanden sich in den Schlafräumen im oberen Stock.

10.0Wir hatten wunderbare Tage im Carpe Diem. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht und die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

6.0Super tolle Lage . Wenige Meter zum Meer und zur Innenstadt. Wohn/Essraum in Ordnung
− Steiler Treppenaufgang ins 1.OG Badezimmer sehr klein und beengt. Waschbecken fehlt im Badezimmer. Sofa durchgelegen. Schlafzimmer sehr beengt.

Alles in allem okay, es sollte aber zwingend etwas am Mobiliar investiert werden.
7.0Angenehme Größe, , Küche sehr gut ausgestattet
− Toilette und Dusche waren zusammen in einem sehr kleinen Raum, wenn man auf der Toilette saß, konnte man die Tür kaum schließen. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett waren total durchgelegen, so dass sowohl ich als auch meine Frau extreme Rückenschmerzen hatten.
