− Not enough smoke alarms in place when u have kids on a different level would be nice to have smoke alarms in every bedroom
Perfect location, the wool fire was a treat. Easy 13 min walk into the township.

Great weekend with great friends in a great house
9.0Lovely comfortable house in great location. Good quality linen, property very clean, lots of wood left for the wood burner and very comfortable furniture. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated the complementary tea, coffee, etc. Would definately recommend and will be booking again next time we go to Hanmer.
− Only quibble was the poor lighting in the garage which made brining up the wood a bit of an adventure.
Family friendly place
8.0Lovely spacious house with comfortable beds. Loved it and would come again in the summer but not in the winter.
− Icy steep drive apparently 2 months of the years according to the neighbour. It was very difficult to get in and out of the house and could do with adding steps up to the front door. And it was impossible to get the car on the drive.
