Beautiful, peaceful, and memorable stay
9.0The Quinta was beautiful! We absolutely loved the views. The property is so peaceful. It’s amazing to be able to walk through the vineyards or just sit by the pool and enjoy the views. The host, Barbara, was so accommodating. We had the quinta’s wine tasting one evening and she brought special snacks and games for the kids, which was very thoughtful. I also had a wonderful massage right next to the pool with an actual massage table and peaceful music (the massage is coordinated through the host and paid separately). The location is very central and easy to get to Pacheca and Vallado. The beds were very comfortable and the house had the necessary supplies to cook meals at home. My kids used the tennis court and basketball hoop often. The apartment is a single level unit on the ground floor - the rest of the building in the photo is the family’s residence. They were quiet and did not interfere at all with our stay. We really loved this place and hope to return next fall!

10.0The outstanding view, the pool, the beautiful interior of the apartment. Casa da Formiga is an outstanding location with easy access to Regua and the Douro Valley. The beds were very comfy!
