Comfortable cottage in a lovely village.

9.0

Beautiful village location, just steps from the water. Well kitted out inside and comfortable. We particularly liked the window seats and spacious kitchen.

Not unexpected but there was a lot of noise from the pub on some evenings (it was during the World Cup so probably unusually busy and the weather was extremely hot so we had all the windows open and people were sitting outside).

Great little property in a lovely location.

9.0

Great property in the heart of Newton Ferrers, within steps of a pub which overlooks the water. Everything you needed was provided although we were staying in the middle of a heatwave and would have benefitted from another couple of fans, although one was provided. It was exceptionally hot though. Very clean and tidy. Co op at the end of the road was very handy.

I knew the property didn’t have a garden when we booked it so this is not intended as a criticism but we did end up missing a private area to sit to enjoy the sun and relax outside.

Great stay, great property.

Property was lovely. Couldn’t ask for more. Everything you could possibly need, really lovely house. Very cosy. You will love it!

Property was fantastic. Location is pretty, small Co-op is handy. Pub over the roads food isn’t great, but there’s a nicer one over the water. There is a noisy builder located in a lock up over the road. Parking is ok, as long as a traffic warden doesn’t come.

Lovely cosy cottage in a great central location

8.0

Lovely little cottage in the gorgeous village of Newton Ferrers. Great place for a family or group of friends and dog friendly too. The living room and kitchen in particular were very comfy and well equipped. We also loved the window seats in the bedrooms. Just over the road from the pub and just down the hill from the convenient shops. Lots of walks from the doorstep. The WiFi was excellent.

The parking was a bit tricky as we never seemed to get any of the close parking spaces so had to park up the road past the Co-op. We were coming and going so this was a bit annoying. There was a power cut whilst we were there so I would suggest having a convenient torch for guests use just in case!
