We had a nice time, the house was nice and spacious, close to the beach and the pool was a must have!
6.0Lots of space for two families. The pool was a great addition.
− It could have been cleaned better before our stay, particularly the floors and the outside bins as there were a lot of maggots in the red bin. All dog hair in the outdoor areas, all it needed was a sweep. Dog poo on the lawn down the side. And dishwasher tablets and laundry liquid wasn’t refilled/provided.
We had a lot of fun in a very nice house. Would recommend it.
8.0We catered for ourselves. The house was large and comfortable. We particularly liked the fact that there were 2 TV lounges so that the children had their own area in the evenings when we weren't playing board games. The kitchen was functional and the air-conditioning in that kitchen/dining area efficient. The large table in that area accommodated us all which increased conviviality. The pool was much used and good fun. The double garage was very useful. The local area was very pleasant with bushland and walking tracks readily available
− The air-conditioning did not extend to the back of the house, and we needed to run the one in the lounge/kitchen/dining area to cool the house on a couple of very hot days. Would suggest another tax-deductible unit at the back of the house or an upgrade to a ducted system is in order. The tiles around the pool area are slippery when wet and overflow from the pool did not run away at the side of the pool. Suggest replacing the tiles with non-slip tiles laid so the water overflow drains away. Metal bars at the pool steps would make the pool safer, particularly for older folk.

8.0The house was well set out and spacious. We had a large group of family together and the house had more than enough room for everyone to be together but also have their own space when needed. The pool and board games kept the kids entertained.

10.0The communication was so quick and easy. They were super helpful too. The house was much bigger than expected. So roomy. We had enough space for 10 of us. Loved it. 😍

− The overall cleanliness lounges need cleaning, indoor cupboards. A lot of fat in the kitchen walls. No tongs or cleaning spatula for barbecue
