8.0Beliggenheten er fantastisk, like ved vinmarkene og i sentrum av Bernkastel. Prisen er bra pga beliggenheten. Baderom og soverom i tredje etasje var bra!
− Noe fukt i soverom andre etasje, og "noe" som lagde skrapelyder i veggen i samme rom. (Mus/rotte?) Dusjen i andre etasje var litt vanskelig å bruke uten å få vann utover gulvet. Kun kaldt vann på badet nede i første etasje.
