10.0Ideal for what we needed
I don’t recommend this house
1.0− This was by far the worst accommodation experience we’ve had in years. I would strongly not recommend this place, especially for smokers, as smoking is not allowed anywhere outside the house, which was extremely inconvenient and not clearly communicated. The property itself is very old and outdated. The house only has air conditioning in the living room, while the bedrooms have no air conditioning at all, making it very uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. On top of that, the appliances and furniture are old and worn out. Guests should be extremely cautious when staying here, as you may be unfairly blamed and charged for issues with old appliances or facilities. We had a very unpleasant experience and felt that the condition of the property was far below expectations. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing stay, and I would not recommend anyone to choose this place unless you want to risk an uncomfortable experience and possible extra charges.

7.0Locality and spaciousness
− One of the sliding doors to the yard does not close
It was ok. Very close to shops which was convenien. Really good view of the backyard. Cleaning was not great.
10.0Location was amazing.
− Heaters wasn’t provided for all rooms, towels found lying on the floor in bathroom,. No kitchen towels were found. Beds were not made on arrival. Seems like sheets were not changed in the room in the garage area. Only one toilet which was difficult in the morning when you staying with the family.

10.0First day there sitting out the back the was a dolphin swimming by. Beautiful backyard setting
− Some of the ceiling fans didn’t work but really wasn’t a big deal
