Lovely, quaint home in Port De Soller.
9.0Caterina and her mother were very hospitable and helpful. We even received a delicious orange cake after our arrival. The location was great and just a short walk to the Port (beaches, train, restaurants, shops). The outdoor space was lovely with the pool and loungers and the inside was very clean. We didn't spend a lot of time indoors but it was enough space for our family of 8. The AC units worked great and overall was very comfortable.
− The beds were a little firm and the pillows and covers were a bit lacking. But other than that our stay was great overall.

Casa Caterina is a wonderful place to start.
8.0The villa was in a superb location. 5 minutes from the port. The villa had plenty of space and furniture to accommodate 8 people except there was only 6 sun loungers. Caterina was there to welcome us. She responded quickly to question. The kitchen has most things you needed including plastics for round the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
− There was nothing that we didn’t like but a could have slight improvement suggestions., The master bedroom mattress was so hard and so we found it uncomfortable. They could have done with another chopping board and scissors. Bring your ear plugs - the dogs set each other off. Some morning you could head 6 or more dogs barking loudly.

9.0Fabulous house. Very clean when we arrived. Beds comfortable. Off street parking. Very close to the beach and main town. Great facilities. Could not fault the house at all. Highly recommend.
− Caterina is the owners daughter. She met us upon arrival and was very pleasant showing us around. Prior to arrival communication was poor and upon arrival we needed to chase information such as WiFi code and tourist tax amount. My suggestion is for Caterina to put together a welcome email with salient facts sent a day or so before arrival and have an information pack in the house. It is simple and would save her a lot of time and effort in the future.
