9.0Ruime woning voorzien van alle comfort met zelfs een inpandige garage. Gelegen in een rustige woonwijk vlakbij het fietsroutenetwerk.

− Moins apprécié les règlements mais je peux les comprendre lorsqu on est devant des incivilités de certaines personnes , donc on a bien suivi les recommandations lors de notre départ.

8.0Maison agréable, bien grande, très bien décorée, très bien équipée et très propre, grande TV, bonne literie, terrasse couverte, belle cuisine, très calme comme endroit dans un clos. On a passé un bon séjour de repos.
− Un peu à l écart de tout, il faut prendre sa voiture pour aller quelque part sauf si on fait du vélo. Pas d accueil, clé dans une boite, et contact très restreint avec les propriétaires. Il est demandé de balayer toute la maison à la sortie alors qu on paye le nettoyage de sortie.... Frais eau, gaz, électricité très excessifs alors que pas utiliser de chauffage ni quasi pas de lumières car il faisait clair matin et soir début sept. Pas fait de machines de linge et une seule de vaisselle sur 6 jours, on était dehors. On n a pas consommé ces frais en 6 jours à 2...donc trop cher. Il faut emmener ses poubelles avec soi à la sortie sinon frais décomptés de la garantie. La garantie payée a mis une semaine, avec 2 rappels, avant de nous être remboursée.

− Not having bed linen and towels provided a little inconvenient but aware if this before. Security deposit €300 not returned as yet?

8.0Quiet and peaceful location, very spacious house. Perfect for 5-6 people. Inside it was very clean. A big plus are the bicycles available for use. Well-equipped kitchen, maybe just missing a toaster.
− One should keep in mind the additional charges for electricity, gas, and water (for 2 days for 5 people it came to almost €60). A deposit of €300 is also required, which we only received back after 15 days. The windows cannot be tilted open. In the bathroom and in the adjacent bedroom there is a damp smell. Most of the pillows are very big, so if you don’t like sleeping in a half-sitting position, bring your own from home…
