9.0A well appointed holiday home with good facilities. The location was handy enough to Launceston and other areas.
− A bit cold in winter, but of course it was very cold outside. Beds a bit soft for my liking but not a big deal. Those are only minor negatives.
Home away from home
10.0This is a well located house - just 10 minutes from the city. Bedding and towels were perfect, along with the surprise of tea/coffee facilities. The house had ample heating for the midst of winter. This place was chosen for its large dining tablewhich was great for playing our board games. If I stay in Launceston again I will definitely stay here.

− House was cold when we arrived and some found it very cold overnight. Night 2 was lovely after House warmed up.
