Muy mala experiencia de gestión. No vale lo que cuesta.
5.0Piscina grande y casa espaciosa.
− Pagamos más de 1.000€ por solo dos noches y el trato recibido fue inaceptable. Todo fueron trabas y sorpresas de última hora. El check-in es tarde (4 pm) y te amenazan con penalizaciones de 40€ o 50€ si llegas más tarde de las 8 pm o 10 pm. Quisieron cobrarnos un depósito oculto de 100€ por persona menor de 30 años que no salía en las condiciones; tuvimos que reclamar a Booking para que lo dejaran en un fondo común de 500€. Con el check-out pasó lo mismo: nos querían echar a las 10:00 cuando la web decía hasta las 11:00 (otra llamada a Booking para solucionarlo). Para rematar, la casa solo tiene 2 baños para 10 personas. Al entrar no había luz, ni jabón, ni papel de váter. Tras quejarnos, vinieron a traer papel pero solo dejaron 2 rollos para 10 personas. Una tacañería y una falta de hospitalidad increíbles para el precio que se paga. No volveríamos.

8.0Emplacement, vue, piscine, on a de l’espace à l’intérieur , garage pour la voiture. Les lits sont faits à l’arrivée.
− Pas de contact direct à l’entrée comme au départ. La procédure pour récupérer les clés vous est envoyée sur whattsapp à un autre nom que là où vous louez. En tout cas c’est en dehors de la messagerie booking. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué ce n’est pas un particulier mais un professionnel. Table extérieure détériorée. La caution doit être payée via PayPal. Tout cela n’est pas très sécurisé de mon point de vue. D’ailleurs comment peut-on réclamer une caution alors qu’il n’y a pas d’état des lieux d’entrée et de sortie.

− Wir hatten je 1 WC Papierrolle auf der Toilette, das Geschirr was verdreckt und teilweise kaputt. Der Pool was verdreckt & lief nicht, trotz meldung der Inhaberin.
