Walking down the stairs and down to the beach was amazing.

− If I had to make one suggestion it would be that the living room seating could have been more comfortable and able to seat more comfortably.
Most of the places in Surfside are right on the beach which is so wonderful.
6.0The 1 bedroom apartment is right on the beach. Perfect location.
− The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. There is only one tiny, very hard sofa, also advertised as sofa bed ( no bedding provided as the fine print on the agreement states.) The width of the sofa seat is maybe 1.5 -2 feet. The coffee table is just a cardboard box covered with fabric. No armchairs of any kind. The shower cabin is also extremely narrow. I'm 5.6 and 145lb and could not fit comfortably there. For total of $300 per night the apartment was very disappointing.
