4.0− Maison qui manque d'entretien. Porte d'un meuble de la cuisine non fixée, pas de lumière dans la salle de bain , robinet de l'évier sdb mal fixé , serrure défectueuse . Et le pire est que le propriétaire veut nous faire porter la responsabilité de certains de ces points .
