− No support after hours. We couldn’t get the electricity issue fixed and could not use microwave oven, television, washroom heater and many more.

− That the berth that was supposed to be available for our boat wasn't as the pier and berths were getting replaced. Would have been nice if the owners had let the booking staff know. We picked Plymouth especially for this extra.
