The apartment is actually a traditional stone house. The price is too high for the services offered.
6.0The apartment is actually a traditional small stone house of the Mani. The small garden is fine, as the terrace with a good view on the country. The apartment was clean and fully equipped.
− There was little natural light in the bed-room. The apartment is actually a country house and the fine garden, obviously, is hinabitated by a lot of insects (big hornets and big spider, ants). On the other hand, the mosquito net of the main door on the garden had some big holes. So, we found a big spider in the living room in the morning, as well as ants. The electrical installation has to be revised. The numerous devices (lights, TV, refrigetor, coffemaker etc etc) take electricity from only two fully-occupied electric power strips. One strip is placed at the side of the kitchen sink, in a dangerous position!

9.0Very cute little house with a garden and a roof top patio. Peaceful location not far from town and beaches. Ideal for those that want to relax.

10.0The location of this property is fantastic if you like seclusion and nature. The house has everything you could need and is superbly decorated in a highly individual, quirky and artistic fashion. We found this place to be very comfortable and loved the location. Delightful outside garden space and sea view from the terrace wad lovely. Also well situated for sunsets and wildlife, including semi wild horses! The owner Dimitrios was fantastic and helped us out amazingly well (whilst being remote) when we had transport issues and became stranded in he area with no vehicle. With a lot of personal effort he was able to locate a taxi and bus schedule and get us out of there to Kalamata to continue with our trip after being abandoned by the car rental company and even offered to put us up in alternative accomodation if we could not arrange other transport. For that we are very grateful indeed and without this help would have struggled to complete our plans. If you like to get off the beaten track i recommend this place but make sure your personal transport is reliable!
