Dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania. Mała miejscowość ze sklepem. Ładnie urządzony dom z ogrodem i licznymi udogodnieniami, ale ...

− ... to stary budynek po remoncie (na google maps można zobaczyś budynek przed remontem). Ogromnym wyzwaniem jest zapach wilgoci i grzyba. Nasze ubrania bardzo przesiąkły zapachem pleśni. Po 4 praniach i wietrzeniu ubrania cały czas pachną pleśnią. Dalej będziemy walczyć. Drugi słaby punkt to cześć administracyjna - do dziś nie otrzymałam faktury za pobyt, pomimo kilku wiadomości do właściciela i reklamacji przez booking.

Le logement est très luxueux. Décoré avec goût. Plus grand que sur les photos. Une belle cour avec un magnifique jardin et un grand spa couvert. Très neuf et très propre. Super bien équipé ( tout est neuf et de très grande qualité) . Pleins de petites attentions très utiles comme un parasol, etc. Air climatisé et ventilateurs. Très bien situé en particulier pour rayonner le nord, l'est et le centre.

− À l'extérieur dans la cour, une odeur d'égout se dégageait d'un endroit du sol. Cela était bien dommage car c'était désagréable. Le logement est situé proche d'une route passante mais on entend les voitures seulement lorsqu'on est dehors. C'est très bien insonorisé.

Everything was perfect! Property was very comfortable, clean and with all the amenities we needed. The jacuzzi is a nice touch to relax at the end of the day, and the nice backyard is enjoyable to just listen to the birds singing.

− Nothing - just note that it is best to have a car so that you can easily reach the various places from the property!

Great place with everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy evenings after long and intense days. Great loaction, private parking in yard, beatiful garden - everything you can dream of for perfect holyday home. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay. Defenatly will return here 😀👍

We liked everything! From the welcome basket of fruit, local treats, and custom mugs, to the gorgeously decorated interior, to the generous hosts going above and beyond to make our stay excellent, we loved the São Brás Luxury Home. It's clear that every detail of this house was thoughtfully chosen to give guests a comfortable and memorable experience. We really appreciated the extra touches such as milk and eggs, and delicious local cheese in the fridge for us, the robes and slippers, and the bottle of sparkling wine that we enjoyed in the jacuzzi! The hosts were so friendly and helpful, gave us lots of recommendations, and even helped us figure out which gas to put in our rental car when we called desperately from a gas station (thank you Luís!) Luís also gave us a bit of a history of the house, and of the art pieces in the house, which really made our experience more personal. It's also the perfect location from which to explore the entire island, away from the more touristy areas. São Brás is a beautiful area, and the view from the backyard is stunning!
