9.0Bed was really comfortable and warm. After hours check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Very responsive staff members.
− Toilet is downstairs from the bedroom which is a minor inconvenience but otherwise lovely property.

− Cost was high for what was provided Why have a coffee pod machine out and on display but not supply coffee pods The staff from the property management were rude when asked questions "it's in your email" isn't a valid response to a question if the email was never sent/recieved Property is in need of updating, it would have been lovely 10 years ago but is seemingly falling into disrepair
Beautiful location, disappointing overpriced accommodation.
4.0− I was disappointed that the deck and exterior generally needed maintenance. The timber decking has badly deteriorated and the garden was hanging over the steps making it difficult to get to the entrance. Inside, the bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is down steep slippery stairs. The blind in the bathroom is water damaged. I expected better for the price I paid
