Spacious and good location

− When I booked this property was an 8+ by the time we were a week away from arriving it was a 5.5 I tried to cancel but when I couldn’t I asked that at the very least they get the property clean and in a state that would resemble the price and the original rating. We arrived to a property that clearly needed some new surfaces and finishings. There are some fittings that simply cannot be cleaned, they are oily and well used and would simply need to be replaced. The carpets are lifting everywhere and some furniture is old and warn. There are special last minute attempts at fixing things like plastic covering a wall clock. The garden is completely unkept, the lawn and weeds has not been mowed in weeks if not months. The bbq did not have gas, and the oven still had old baking paper from the previous visitors. There is hardly a sea view and all in this property does not resemble the description. Bachcare ignored my issues beforehand when I was clearly worried about the state of this unit and this coupled with the issues mentioned above makes this the worst booking I’ve done through booking.com You will find much better accommodation in the Mt for the same price.

The instructions for key collecting are pretty straightforward. The location is easy to assess to the beach.

− The entire property needs a huge swap, ants are the biggest problem, corners and bedside tables are dusty, and too much personal kinds of stuff inside this property, making this property more look like a shared accommodation house, The food pantry is smelly as it is full of half using condiments and sauces along with some unused expired condiments. The shower is weak and crazy with hot and cold water. The bedding is reasonably comfy as a homestyle but not for commercial.
