Relaxing, spacious, warm, cosy, and well equipped!
9.0Wonderfully peaceful; even though it was near a main road, there was no traffic noise at all. Lovely and warm the whole time, even in January with lots of hot water Well-equipped for all our cooking needs. Great hot tub! Lots of bird song. A really relaxing weekend; would highly recommend.
Fabulous house, very comfortable with great facilities- would stay again.
8.0Space, decor and location
− We were party of 6 single women and had hoped to use 6 separate beds. Hadn’t realised one of single beds was a small single so that was a bit of an issue for one of us. Other beds were really comfortable. Outside area was lovely However lawn was quite uneven in a couple places and one or our party fell over within a couple of steps of patio due to hidden hole in lawn.
Good location to visit but house was lacking in facilities, cleanliness and not worth the money
5.0Location was good, sitting outside in the garden was pleasant.
− Kitchen facilities were lacking, pans not working on the induction hob, a total miss match of equipment and not that much of it to cook for 8 people, lots of the kitchenware was dirty when we got it out of the cupboards. Grounds were not safe with small children, gates did not close or lock safely and felt very unkept. Rooms had total inadequate curtains, basically not existant meaning all rooms flooded with light from sunrise which isn't ideal. Upstairs shower did not work properly, either boiling hot or ice cold, no regulator. Minimal to no places to put luggage or hang towels other than outside on a small line which is fine when its not raining.

− The conduction hob was a bit tricky and the oven didn't work unless you set the timer and I'm not very good at that sort of thing.
