10.0I had the misfortune of booking completely incorrectly - I booked for a year in advance and only realised it the night before I was to check in. The host responded even though it was 11pm at night and made a plan to accommodate me on such short notice. The place was absolutely amazing, my only complaint was that we didnt stay long enough!!

− Not much to dislike really. Wasn't aware when we booked that there'd be others staying on the floor below us, but it wasn't an issue.
