− We booked this property because pictures show a hot tub, sauna, and nice grassy play area for kids. We show up and are told that Sauna and Hot tub dont work. Hot tub is very run down and water is literally black inside. The listing has 6 photos of the hot tub and sauna and obviously is a feature of the property. The nice grassy area is a construction site now as they are building some kind of barn. The playground equipment is behind boards and dirt. I dont trust that kids wont get injuried from all of the debris. We go inside and the place looks like pictures and went to put my food in the fridge and the fridge was full of food and smelled aweful at this point we arent very happy. We are speaking to the owner on the phone. He is not trying to help the situation but instead tells us to leave. I went back outside and noticed a basement level with people living in there. I booked the "entire house". I dont know who these people are. Also the first picture showed cars park next to the house. They told us we needed to park in a field down the road away from the house and that it was not possible to park at the property we rented. After spending 30 min there we packed up and left and found a great hotel in town. The Filo Hotel. Stay there instead. Ive booked a ton of properties all over the world through booking and never had this issue. They clearly are not able to host people and should take property off booking.
