Nice vacation place but not without small problems

− No TV service, there is a TV set in every room but without a service (DirectTV?) they are only decorations. We called and were promised that someone would come next day to fix it but it never happened. No towels, again we called and were promised delivery, we were willing to pay extra as indicated in amenities but no one showed up. Additional charges (140,000 COP) for cleaning, at this price point (225 USD per night) one would expect it to be included.
