We had a wonderful time at Quinta Rico. Warm welcome with a basket of goodies from Ana. The kids enjoyed the pool.

My family loved the relaxed feeling of the property & Terceira.
10.0The hosts and the local community were so friendly. This property gave us a real taste of Portuguese life & culture. This location is walking distance to Natural Springs, a small grocery store & local cafes, bars, etc. The location is also 30 minutes or less to many of the Islands must-sees.

10.0מקום מאד מרווח וגדול. מטופח מאד. המון פרטי עיצוב בבית ובשטחים הפתוחים בחצר. 3 פינות ישיבה בחדרים שונים, שולחן אוכל מאד גדול, חדרים גדולים מאד. הגענו ל-צ'קאין בשעה חריגה (1 בלילה) והזוג חיכה לנו בכדי למסור לנו את הדירה.
− בביקורות קודמות נכתב שיש ריח טחב בבית. אכן יש ריח טחב , בעיקר בחדר הכביסה, שמתפשט גם לחדרים הסמוכים. זמן קצר של אוורור - והריח נעלם לכמה שעות. אבל רוב הבית ללא ריח.

10.0Absolutely beautiful place with astonishing view of the ocean. The host - Hugo - is truly friendly and helpful person, taking fantastic care about his property. The swimming pool is perfectly clean, the grass around is literally English style, the sauna and fireplace ready to be used at any time. Every morning he is cleaning all the facilities to ensure you can have comfortable rest. The distance to the airport is good (25 min drive) and similar to the main towns and attractions. I can truly recommend this place for a vacation stay.
