10.0Right on beach...literally, sort of central to everywhere, the house is both huge and cozy at the same time, we loved the dining room table they have everything from a sand box complete with a fleet of plastic construction equipment to bikes and kayaks

8.0Very attentive hosts. Many small details impressed! Very well equipped house. Excellent assortment of dishes. Board games and interesting books and movies were an unexpected bonus. More than enough beds and chairs. Even a high chair and a booster seat are provided! Wow, this host thought of it all. Perfect property for a family to visit.
− Only two comments: 1) no coffee was in stock for either machine. Not a big deal, as we could bring our own, but we didn’t think of it, so we were coffee-less the first morning. :) 2) beds were okay, but if you are a spoiled individual used to a pillowtop high quality mattress with a gel topper on top of that, the beds here will feel rather firm. First world problems…
