Schöne, geräumige Wohnung auf einer wunderschönen Insel
9.0Sehr gute, ruhige Lage, Strand ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der nächste große Supermarkt per Auto/Fahrrad in 5 Minuten erreichbar - sehr gutes, großes Sortiment. Küche bietet großen Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Gas-Herd,… Die Küchenausstattung mit Besteck, Teller, Gläser usw. bietet alles was benötigt wird. Das große Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Couch und Sitzecke bietet genügend Platz (auch für unsere 3 Kids). Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig (sehr gute Matratzen) auch die beiden Bäder bieten genügend Platz. Klimaanlage gibt es im Wohnbereich und in einem Schlafzimmer Im Aussenbereich gibt es neben dem großen Grill eine große Terrasse mit Esstisch (hervorragend für Abendessen geeignet, da schattig) und einer kleiner Sitzgelegenheit (Korbstühle). Sehr angenehm war die Aussentusche und der separate Waschraum mit Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Wir konnten in diesem Waschraum auch die Fahrräder unterstellen. Super Aussicht auf Marina di Campo und das Meer (auf den Fotos kommt das nicht so zur Geltung) Mit dem Auto konnten wir mit kurzer Fahrzeit viele umliegende kleine Buchten/Strände besuchen (empfehlenswert!) Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich (spricht nur italienisch)
− Ein kleines Manko waren die in die Jahre gekommenen Möbel in einem Schlafzimmer und Küche
