4.0Brown通りの徒歩圏内に夕食が楽しめる居酒屋Lo de BrownやSobremonteミニショッピングセンターなどがあって、非常に便利。隣のホテルAmerian Chacras de Coriaに行けば、ショッピングが始まる前の時間帯７時から朝食は食べられます。大家のJaimeも親切なんだけど、環境意識が高過ぎてショートステイには向かない。追加料金を取られた割に日々のサービスはなく、短期滞在なら隣のホテルに泊まる方が経済的。
− Bookingの表示では、３名３泊でUS$209に清掃料金US40という条件提示だったが、実際にはRopa de Cama(シーツ洗濯)がUS$12/人＋Servicio de Toalla y Toallon(リネン交換)US$8/人ということで、(US$12+8)ｘ３＝US$60が上乗せされた。 ヘアドライヤーが備え付けられていない。エアコンもない。丁度涼しい季節だったので、備え付けの扇風機で丁度良かったけど、暑い季節だったら大変だったと思う。シャンプーや石鹸の備えもなく、一本のハンドソープで全部賄うべし、とのこと。広々したシングルベッド二台のベッドルームが二部屋だけど、三泊してもタオルやシーツの交換はない。上乗せ料金が何のためだったのか？不明。女性客には受け入れ不可能な環境配慮。トイレットペーパーも1.5ロールで三日過ごす必要あり。Bookingで紹介されている写真は同じ建物でも別の部屋。深夜の出入りがあって喧しかった。
