Good location but no hot water.

− After cycling from Ilfracombe on a very hot day if was disappointing to find out that there was no hot water, so it was cold showers for us. The owner was not easily contactable as she was abroad but I did eventually get through. The hot water was finally switched on by her grand-daughter after we had gone out for the evening. To her credit the owner did apologise the next day. Unfortunately the switch for the immersion heater was within a locked cupboard. A few notes/instructions on the facilities would also be helpful.
Beautiful accommodation but hard to find
9.0Beautifully and tastefully converted annex to host's large city house. Extremely comfortable, had everything we needed and a jacuzzi! Also had a large storage room for our bikes, perfect.
− The address given is for Corner House, but Teapot Cottage is accessed from around the corner and thru the rear courtyard. This led to confusion and a fleeting panic that we'd been scammed 😅 But Louise was available by phone and gave us the exact instructions. Would have been helpful to have the exact location before we arrived.

8.0Convenient location to visit family. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. There was a problem with the hot water the evening we arrived but our call was responded to quickly, even though it was late and the issue was resolved before we got uo the next morning. Love the double bunk beds, really comfortable.
Clean, Comfortable and Cosy!
8.0Loved the house, lounge especially was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were lovely too. Great location to walk into the town and we all loved the hot tub!
− Would have loved a double bed upstairs but am aware we could have used the pull out sofa. Would have liked some milk in the fridge for a morning cuppa but shops were near enough so no biggy.
