A casa é uma gracinha, fica dentro de um condomínio fechado com fácil acesso pela rodovia com um gramado e jardinagem lindos, além da piscina (compartilhada com o condomínio)com vista para o mar. Fica próximo da praia de Toque Toque grande e da Praia de Calhetas - dá pra ir a pé. De carro da pra chegar na toque toque pequeno que também é pertinho.A casa é bem equipada e tem churrasqueira sendo que cabem até 8 pessoas. Da casa se ouve o barulho do mar, principalmente de manhã.
