− Bij aankomst stond het ontbijt voor twee dagen al in twee mandjes klaar. Alles in plastic verpakt. De communicatie met de eigenaresse verliep uiterst moeizaam. Geen persoonlijk contact én tegenstrijdige instructies. Zij eiste paspoort via WhatsApp te ontvangen. Daar niet aan voldaan. Tonen bij aankomst prima, maar geen onnodige digitale verspreiding met alle risico's van dien. Het aanvullend te betalen bedrag wilde zij in eerste instantie contant en daarna ineens per bank. De taalbarrière deed ook geen goed.

9.0Casa accogliente nel centro storico del paese. Abbiamo trovato pure le ciotole per il cane. Molto carino il terrazzino esterno
− Il parcheggio non è comodo, tante scale per raggiungere la struttura. La casa era dotata di tutti i confort ma troppo piena di oggetti non necessari che rubano spazio utile.
Questa casa è un piccolo rifugio, comodo e tranquillo in un borgo che ha un'atmosfera di altri tempi
9.0La proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare il necessario per prepararci la colazione. All'arrivo abbiamo ritirato le chiavi dalla signora che mantiene pulita la casa. Ci ha fatto vedere le stanze, ognuna con bagno privato, e abbiamo constatato subito che la casa era stata pulita con grande attenzione. Cosa non facile in quanto l'arredamento e le suppellettili necessitano di molta dedizione.
− Consiglio di alleggerire un po le decorazioni che hanno senza dubbio un valore affettivo per la proprietaria ma che possono mettere a disagio gli ospiti.

10.0A wonderful place awaited us on the first stop of our pilgrimage. The whole apartment and every little detail of it was thought out, reflecting the owner's particular taste and manners. Roberta is a fantastic host, she helped us with everything, one of the things I would highlight is that the climb up to the accommodation is not uneventful, but we had a lot of stuff so it was not easy. She was there for us with everything, and we had a great time because of it.
− We only have one complaint: we had too much breakfast :) Anyway: Everything was perfect.
We paid for 3 nights, but only stayed for one night because of the craziness we experienced. It was nothing the pictures
