9.0− There was no door to the toilet in the main suite - lacked privacy.

− Property shows signs of aging with severe TLC required. Some parts really clean & others filthy. Grout in shower recess replaced by black streaks.. blinds in bedroom broken, balustrading outside broken.. friend almost fell.. no AC in 2 bedrooms.. etc. At the price charged I CANNOT recommend this property. Took over 2 hours to gain entry.. 2 codes given didn't work & lock box was jammed. TBF partial refund given.

10.0Location was absolutely perfect. Just a few minutes outside of Margaret Rivers main street, however the tranquility of this home took us a world away from the hustle and bustle that life provides us.
− We stay in the Margaret River Region a lot and felt that the price was a little up there compared to most of the houses we have stayed in.
