Overall, it was my first and last stay. The owner was friendly and met me on the first day, but the booking process and
2.0Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. There are significant improvements needed in cleanliness, particularly in the toilet area and kitchen sink. These are the main issues. Regarding the rate, it seems that customers are paying more for the pool fee than the house fee, which, in my case, didn't meet expectations for a one-night stay. Customer service also needs substantial improvement. I had to follow up multiple times about the booking and key pass, with responses to messages on WhatsApp being slow and requiring repeated inquiries.

10.0The house is complete with all that you need for weekend getaway with family. Fully airconditioned rooms and hall, clean house, pool that could cater for kids as well as BBQ facilities. Parking is not a problem too as this is corner lot unit. Location is near main road and clear instruction to collect the key. Friendly and responsive host.
