− Some of the windows didn’t have locks & are long length so with children around slightly wary but kept closed. Sofa beds are ok but don’t sleep 2 people

1.0Extremely disappointing stay – would not recommend Our stay at this property was unacceptable and far below what was advertised. The hot tub was unusable and full of error messages. The cinema room had no batteries and no usable equipment. The pool table was missing the black ball, and despite being listed, there was no ping-pong table at all. The house was freezing throughout our stay. The upstairs bathroom had no heating whatsoever, and the downstairs bathroom had no running water. Several pieces of furniture were broken, making parts of the house unsafe and uncomfortable. Cleanliness was a major issue. Dirty pots, trays, and oven were left for us to use, and the house in general was not properly cleaned. We found cigarette butts under the beds, filthy towels, mold in two rooms, and even a nail on the bedroom floor, which is a serious safety hazard. Basic necessities were missing: no toilet paper, no hand soap, and the internet stopped working after the first day. To make matters worse, the host was completely unresponsive. We received no replies on any contact number or through the booking platform. Overall, this property was unsafe, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. It did not meet even basic standards, and we would strongly advise others to avoid booking here.
