Loved the place, but some improvements could be made to make it spectacular
8.0The house was stunning. The rooms were lovely, the lounge room and dining area were great for a group of people. Loved the fireplace. The location was also beautiful, and we saw a wombat!
− There was NO coffee. The bio said there was a pod machine, which makes you assume there's coffee...not even instant coffee. The closest coffee shop is in town, 20-25 mins away. The kitchen generally needs a check over to make sure the basics are there. The place had been cleaned before we arrived, however the floors were so wet after they had been mopped. We had to dry them. Also the holding deposit takes about a month to get back. It wouldn't accept my credit card so I'm out of pocket that $1000 until they release their hold.

10.0The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit were amazing and set the scene for a cosy winter weekend in Kangaroo Valley. The location is absolutely sublime, with such close proximity to the river that you could hear it when on the verandah. We also saw wombats on the property. This property is a gorgeous tranquil piece of paradise. Thank you for sharing it with us.
− The one negative was that we found the beds very hard and uncomfortable, everything else was brilliant.

8.0The Rainforest River Retreat house is beautiful & modern. It was a great house for our family with plenty of space & beautiful bush & creek surroundings for exploring.
− The Studio Room had a musty smell & the bed linen & towels felt damp.
Perfect for a family get together. Peaceful and tranquil.
