Absolutely terrible I would not recomeend anybody to stay in the apartment.

− The shower was broken and we were unable to shower having been out walking on the fells all day on a very hot day this was a problem. Having deceived to use the bath instead we then found that the bath plug was broken and we could not use the bath. The final straw was that there was no plug in the bathroom sink so we could not even fill the sink to wash. The advert said there were 4 car parking spaces but there were none. When we rang the owner he simply told us to park in spaces that were marked as being for the retail units. We contacted the owner regarding the above issues and requested a refund but did not receive any help and have not received a refund.

For the price I paid I expected more, very disappointed.
4.0The location.
− Incorrect information given regarding access, apartment is at the top of several flights of stairs not a few steps as we were told, also communal staircase is dirty so very poor first impression. Apartment is not exactly dirty but could do with a spring clean. Food from previous visitors left in cupboard and freezer and dozens of half empty shampoo bottles left in bathroom. Fan left on for arrival as it was very warm but fan was caked in dirt so it was blowing dust into the atmosphere.
