10.0Остались только положительные впечатления от проживания. Жилье комфортное. Всё необходимое для проживания было в наличии. Заселение и выезд организованы удобно, общение с хозяином прошло легко и приятно. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. С удовольствием вернемся снова.Был подарок от хозяев.

1.0Very disappointing experience. The property does not meet basic rental standards. The heating system was not working properly from the start, and eventually there was no heating or hot water at all. We were even asked to pay extra for firewood just to have minimal warmth in one room, while the bedrooms remained cold. There was also visible mold in the bedrooms, with a strong unpleasant smell. One of our colleagues experienced respiratory issues because of this, which forced us to leave the property early. Despite providing evidence, our request for cancellation and refund for the unused nights was refused. We do not recommend this property.
− Heating and hot water must be ensured at all times, as they are basic requirements. The presence of mold should be urgently addressed, as it poses serious health risks. Communication and responsiveness from the host also need significant improvement, especially in critical situations.
