9.0Casa simples, mas tem tudo o que se precisa. Ambientes espaçosos e arejados. A lareira e a lenha disponível ajudam muito nas noites frias. O pátio fechado é ótimo para os pets.
− A rua é um pouco barulhenta pela velocidade que os veículos passam . Mas nada que perturbe tanto asssim.
