8.0Great location in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to explore the area on foot. There is also a lovely rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, which is accessible to all guests.
− Things to keep in mind: There is no parking available, so if you’re staying for a few days, you’ll likely need to leave your car lower down in the town. It is possible to drive closer to the property, but be aware that the streets are very narrow. There is also no elevator, as the building is quite old. Room for improvement: The apartment could be better equipped. We missed some basic kitchen items, such as drinking glasses. It would also be helpful to have a trash bin in the room, as there was only a small one in the bathroom. The shower in our room was broken. In addition, a small refrigerator would be a great addition for keeping drinks cold, especially during the hot Spanish summer. Although the room has air conditioning, it becomes warm quite quickly once it’s turned off, so having cold drinks readily available would make the stay much more comfortable.

9.0Muy buen sitio donde quedarse en arcos. Juan el gerente es un crack y está atento a todo, totalmente recomendable
− Justo coincidimos con una fiesta (muy bonita por cierto con concierto de música en directo de una banda con versiones que se podía ver desde el mirador del alojamiento) pero si es cierto que después se escuchaba mucha algarabia de jóvenes gritando por la calle , (decir que nuestra habitación daba a esa calle, en el otro lado no se escucharía nada) por todo lo demás perfecto. El lugar es increíblemente bonito una casa preciosa.

10.0Lovely location right next to San Pedro church and the castle. Great interior. Charmingly remolded Seville room on the second floor. Easy access to the roof top mirador(terrace). Cool views and comfortable seating. All this for under 100 Euros. Juan couldn't have more helpful and kind. Highly recommend, Scott. Ustados Unidos, Michigan.
− Something out of Juan's control. It was very windy for a prolonged period. That made it difficult to enjoy the terrace, as much as we would like.

− No es muy recomendable llegar con el coche, pero te dicen un parking de pago q hace precio si estas alli alojado, mejor esta opción
