6.0El espacio salón-comedor-cocina y tener baño en todas las habitaciones a pesar de ser minúsculos
− La casa en general y el espacio exterior necesitan mantenimiento. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, había telarañas en todas las estancias y encontramos hasta una cucaracha muerta debajo de un sofá, por no hablar de las pelusas... Algunos colchones y almohadas necesitarían cambiarse.

9.0Éramos un grupo de 10 personas y la casa resultó sencilla, pero amplia y cómoda, con 5 habitaciones y 4 baños, aunque uno de ellos tenía una ducha demasiado pequeña y poco utilizable. La calefacción funciona estupendamente, pese al frío exterior. La casa estaba muy limpia. Cerca de Arévalo y Madrigal de las Altas Torres (20 km) que son pueblos históricos con importante patrimonio. Nos dejaron llevar un perro.
− La relación calidad precio es buena, aunque una actualizacion y mantenimiento le vendría bien, por ejemplo los colchones y almohadas de alguna habitación son incómodos. Pero, en general, es bastante recomendable.

8.0La zonas abiertas de Salón-cocina-comedor. Que cada habitación tuviese su baño propio. El trato de los anfitriones.
