− Localização não é beira Mar, fica há 100 a 150 metros do mar, rua de difícil acesso e estacionamento fica exposto na rua sem vigilância

− Falta um pouco de privacidade por conta da proximidade dos vizinhos. Mas nada que tenha incomodado muito nossa estadia.

9.0Casa muito gostosa, com área externa, churrasqueira e piscina. Pertinho da praia. Casa bem equipada, com split em todos os cômodas. A Aninha foi muito solícita, e forneceu todas as informações e ajuda que necessitamos rapidamente.
