Local ótimo, gostamos bastante da Casa Kayak.
− A piscina precisa fazer um tratamento, água esta muito turva, claramente estão colocando apenas cloro, é necessário um piscineiro para fazer limpeza e deixa a piscina com água cristalina. Se contorna isso será um local sem defeitos.

Pontos positivos da acomodação, camas boas, banheiro espaçoso e muito bonito e bem novinho, ar condicionados funcionando muito bem, casa bem equipada com itens de cozinha, área para churrasco, bem limpo e organizado, casa muito aconchegante, estávamos em 4 adultos e 1 bebê, serviu muito bem pelo valor cobrado, oferecem itens para o café da manhã, para nós mesmos preparar mas isso já ajuda muito, pois a casa possui todos os itens, (CAFÉ, LEITE, QUEIJO, PRESUNTO, MANTEIGA, IORGUTE, FRUTA e PÃO) * PAO ENTREGUE FRESCO NA PARTE DA MANHA* super recomendo, estacionamento em frente, não é totalmente privativo mas é melhor que deixar na rua! Super recomendo e voltaria outra vez se necessário 👍👍
− O que poderia melhorar seria o sistema de iluminação, muita lâmpada queimada principalmente na parte de fora, e falta de pontos de luz também, próximo a pia de churrasco e dentro da churrasqueira para poder usufruir melhor a noite, a piscina estava com a coloração escura, um portão um pouco mais reforçado e privativo para sentir mais segurança, e para quem tem problemas com insetos, sapos e calangos, por ser um bairro úmido e com bastante mato tem bastante! * PRECISA DE CARRO PARA CHEGAR NAS PRAIAS, DA ATÉ PRA IR ANDANDO MAS E UM POUCO LONGE*
