− La señal del WiFi
Un buen sitio para pasar el verano, pero en otras èpocas absternerse los frioleros.
7.0Casa amplia, con tres lavabos, uno para cada habitación. Buena situación cerca de Llanes y aparcamiento fácil, al lado de la casa. Zona muy tranquila, no se oye nada por la noche.
− El confort climático es un tema a mejorar. La calefacción funciona con internet (una tarde nos quedamos sin por caída del servicio internet), y el encendido y apagado depende al 100% de la propiedad. Hay que avisar siempre para que la enciendan y algún día la apagaban sin mediar aviso, si bien es cierto que la propiedad la encendía en cuanto leía el mensaje. En cualquier caso, una casa más bien para días de verano. La casa dispone de chimenea pero no funcionaba bien por falta de mantenimiento.
