10.0Excellent and quiet location. Marvellous food and a breakfast as you wish. Everything was spotless and Martin is a great host. If you are looking for an excellent B&B in (the area of) Melrose, this is the address!
Excellent and would stay again
9.0Breakfast was superb and freshly prepared each day. The hospitality of Martin and Lorna could not be faulted. They are wonderful hosts.

We found this Gem in the Borders.
10.0Martin and Lorna share their lovely home with guests. Martin was a very attentive host and accomplished cook. It was lovely to meet Lorna on our last evening. They were happy to encage in conversation while being respectful of our space to relax. Being a drive to the town, we would recommend having a supper tray after a day's sightseeing rather going back out. Really well cooked and presented food with a glass of wine while gazing out at the garden view and hills beyond. Continental breakfast kept us going most of the day. Saved the cooked breakfast to the last morning, and the haggis was very tasty. All in all, it was a delightful stay.
