This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 70 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please contact the property in advance to give your estimated time of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that for weekday reservations, bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are not provided. Bed linen is available for rental at EUR 25. An end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 45, excluding the kitchen, is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the apartment yourself. For weekend reservations of 2 nights, bed linen, towels and the end-of-stay cleaning, excluding the kitchen, is included in the price. Please note that for weekend reservations a breakfast basket can be ordered at an additional cost of EUR 6.50. Please note that daily cleaning is not included and is possible at an extra charge. Please note that babies are accepted at no extra charge when using existing beds or their own baby cot. When travelling with pets, please note a EUR 45 penalty will apply if guests leave the cottage not as clean as they found it.
