I’d say, a good value for the price if you could manage the downsides.
7.0Floor heating on ground floor. Was very comfortable. Privacy, no neighbours. Enough space to park 4 cars. Very spacious 2nd floor, slightly cold, but manageable.
− Constant electric shock on the shower, and toilet. The hot tub was not heating up properly after burning wood for 4 hours. Very small water boiler for the size of the house.

3.0Neighborhood was nice.
− No coffee machine despite the description. Shower area was filled with black mold!!! No plates, glasses or mugs neither forks, knives or spoons (beds for 10+ persons). Food making possible only outdoors grill. Unfortunately firewoods were rotten and did not burn.
