We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We had a group of seven people, and there was more than enough room for everyone to stay comfortably. The space was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.

The house is large and comfortable in a closed housing estate. Very close to the beach, which is an undoubted advantage. Nice, well-kept garden. Efficient air conditioning and a brilliant coffee machine.

− The only downside was the inordy dishwasher, but it didn't stop us from staying at all and didn't make the holidays worse in any way

− We founded a group called "Friends of Italy" because every year, a group of 6–8 of us go on vacation to this country we love so much. We always feel exceptionally comfortable there and have had very good experiences with the warmth and helpfulness of the accommodation owners, whose properties we book through Booking.com. However, this time the accommodation was a nightmare. Although we had agreed with the owner to arrive at 4:00 PM, she was not waiting for us at the main locked entrance to the street where the house was located. Only after another phone call did she come out of the house to meet us. Communication with her was awkward, and it took some time before she even showed us the house. That’s when the shock came. It turned out that out of the five rooms we had booked, three were located in the basement without windows, only with vents leading to the ground floor. The other two rooms had air conditioning, but in one of them, once turned on, water started dripping onto the floor. Even though I informed the owner, she didn’t bother to come and check or fix the issue, so we had to place a container under it the entire time to prevent the room from flooding. The terrace on the house was unusable—there wasn’t a single chair, table, or parasol for shade. The dishwasher didn’t work; the owner claimed it had just broken down. There was no drinking water in the house. We didn’t receive any confirmation of payment. It was the worst accommodation experience we’ve encountered in many, many years. Never again.
